Last updated: October 2, 2026
TraceCheck is an early-stage service and we take privacy seriously. If you have any privacy question or concern — for example you want to see, correct, or delete data we hold about you, you want to opt out of any processing, you believe information about you is misattributed, or you simply want to understand how something works — please email us at support@tracecheck.co and we will do our genuine best to resolve it quickly. We would far rather hear directly from you than have any concern go unaddressed.

9. Security; Best-Effort Early-Stage Service
TraceCheck is an early-stage service operated by a small team. We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards that we consider reasonable and appropriate given the nature of our Service, including industry-standard transport encryption, access controls on production systems, and standard engineering practices. We work in good faith to maintain and improve these safeguards over time.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is one hundred percent secure, and we cannot and do not guarantee absolute security. You use the Service at your own risk. In the event of a security incident that affects your personal information, we will notify you where required by applicable law and will cooperate with you in good faith to resolve the matter.
